Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the product(s) as follows (subject to exceptions below):
- To make a return, please call us at 1888 904-1888 or Write us a message through our Contact Us Page with you name and order number, explaining reasons for return request. A Return Authorization Number will be issued for admissible items.
- Defective products (other than normal use or non-covered defectuosity) are subject to manufacturer's Warranty, when it applies.
Exclusions (items that can’t be returned):
Except in the case of products admissible for a return under the product warranty, all admissible for return products must be returned in re-sellable condition, with their original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, parts and accessories. Returned Items must be in new condition with original unopened packaging. Please note that this includes breaking the original manufacturer seal.
Special orders, sterile items, products that are made unsalable once opened, or for hygienic reasons, are not returnable.
Personal care and mobility items, any customized items, all special order items, all clearance items, anything open, used or tried on: are non-returnable.
All Toilet and Bathroom Medical & Safety Products, Hospital beds, Incontinence products, Nutritional items, Compression Stockings,: are final sale and non-returnable.
Depending on supplier, certain returnable items are subject to a 20% to 35% restocking fee when returned.
If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase less any shipping charges within fifteen (10) business days from the time Mobiliexpert.com receives the returned product(s).
Shipment of Returns:
Customer will arrange for shipment of returned product(s). Please use a service that provides tracking and retain the tracking number until credit has been issued. This will be your proof of return. For all returns, customer is responsible for the delivery and return shipping costs. We recommend that you fully insure your return shipment, in the event that it is lost or damaged. We are not responsible for any losses or damages during return shipping.
